Julistmas! (Christmas in July)

It's International Christmas in July Day! (Better known as JULISTMAS.) I came up with lots of great ideas over there for you to make the holiday special. (And if for no other reason, you need to click on the link to see how Santa celebrates Christmas in July.) I expect everyone to go over there and lots of comments! (Santa is watching.)

Because of the holiday, I have decided to devote each of my sites to celebrating, in keeping with the Julistmas spirit. In case Julistmas caught you unprepared, here are some ideas you can use to make this Christmas in July the best ever. (EVER!)

If you're looking for some memories to share, borrow some of my favorite #85 Christmas Tree Memories.

If you're looking for a sweet story to tell your kids, you can get none better than #373 Evergreen Village. (If your kids are under ten, you can tell 'em you wrote it to get credit. If they are hot teenage girls, tell them I wrote it and give them my email address.)

If you'd like to rent a Christmas Video for your family, here's a list of the Best Christmas TV Specials, and Best Christmas Movies.

Monkey Barn has completely gotten into the act (including a brand new picture that's so adorable, I dare you not to say "AWWWWWWW.)

First, we put up some Christmas videos, including that fabulous house with the lights timed to music (yes, you've seen it, but see it again!), a Peter Griffin Christmas, and finally, one of the funniest things I've ever seen, "A Patrick Swayze Christmas.

I also had the Coca Cola Polar Bears, but just like a kid on Julistmas morning, I couldn't wait, so here they are now!

Finally today, also over on Monkey Barn, I found some really cool animated montages set to Carol of the Bells. However, once again I was so blown away by one of them that I couldn't wait, so we end with Carol of the Bells the way it was meant to be enjoyed: With Star Wars.

Merry Julistmas, everyone!

Didn't you write something about the time that you, me and Achmed went to cut down a tree?
